This policy explains what information Host Jersey (“we”, “us”) collects through hostjersey.com and in providing our hosting services, and how we use it.

- Customer account information. If you become a customer, we keep the contact and billing details needed to provide and bill for your service.
- Server logs. Like nearly every website, our servers automatically record basic technical information about visits, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. We use these logs to keep our servers secure and running properly, and they are deleted on a regular rotation.

- To answer your questions and set up and support your hosting.
- To bill for our services and keep business records.
- To protect our servers and customers from abuse and attacks.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we don’t use it for advertising.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies. WordPress sets cookies only for people who log in to manage the site.
Who we share it with
We share information only when necessary to provide our services (for example, with the data center that houses our servers), or when required by law.
Customer data on our servers
Websites, databases and email stored in your hosting account belong to you. We access them only to provide the service, to help when you ask us to, to protect the security of our servers, or when required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep form messages and customer records as long as needed to respond to you, provide your service and meet our legal and accounting obligations. Ask us at any time to see or delete the information we hold about you.
Security
We use encrypted connections (SSL) for this website and our services, and we protect our servers with firewalls and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to keep your information safe.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
